The Advanced Analog & RF Technology (AART) Lab is dedicated to research on advanced analog and radio-frequency (RF) circuits and systems for emerging wireless, radar, and millimeter-wave applications.

We explore circuit- and system-level technologies that enable low-cost and highly efficient sensing and communication systems. Our research integrates analog/RF circuit design, millimeter-wave IC design, and system architecture development to address the challenges of next-generation electronic systems.

Our recent research interests include radar RFICs and systems, RFICs and systems for short-range ultra-high-speed communication in the 60-GHz band, and millimeter-wave beamforming ICs.
